SUSANNAH ARROWSMITH

Managing Director & CEO

Susannah has over 20 years' experience in the Health and Fitness industry delivering personal training with health and educational seminars worldwide. Her experience includes working for a successful Exercise Referral programme, liaising with cardiac rehabilitation units to facilitate physical activity education to parents, delivering physical activity to elderly care home residents, and training and education workshops to health and fitness professionals.

Qualifications achieved throughout her years include a Masters in Sports Management and Development, a Sports Science Degree, a Certificate in Personal Development in Cardiac Care and Rehabilitation and a Personal Trainer Assessor. She has attained multiple fitness qualifications as a Registered Exercise Professional, specialising in older adult populations, cardiac care, falls and fracture management and functional training for exercise for health.

JOSH GRIBBEN

Community Fitness Instructor

Josh has been working with Healthiness for over three years. He started as an Apprentice and has gained many skills and qualifications whilst working here. They include Level 4 Mental Health, Cardiac Care, Disability and Exercise and GP Referrals. He is also a qualified Personal Trainer.

Josh leads the delivery on many of our classes including Boccia, Chair-Based Exercise, Circuit Training and Boot Camp to name a few. He always aims to put a smile on the service user’s face with his light-hearted personality and says that is why he loves this job.
