Healthiness Ltd Boot Camps are not an ‘army’ or ‘military’ style Boot Camp. We will never shout, scream, insult or intimidate you into working out. However, we will ensure that you get the results you want! Our Fitness Boot Camps are run by fully qualified, specialised and insured personal trainers. We strive to transfer the same ethos and principles used for Personal Training into our Boot Camps to get you the results you deserve.

Our clients are surrounded with like-minded, motivated people who ALL want to achieve results. This does not mean that all our clients are necessarily ‘hardcore’ fitness professionals, but they are all intent on achieving their own personal targets and making a real difference to themselves. Our boot camps are uniquely developed to receive clients of all levels of fitness, shapes, sizes, age and gender. No matter what your goal we can help you achieve it!
