Healthiness Ltd Boot Camps are not an ‘army’ or ‘military’ style Boot Camp. We will never shout, scream, insult or intimidate you into working out. However, we will ensure that you get the results you want! Our Fitness Boot Camps are run by fully qualified, specialised and insured personal trainers. We strive to transfer the same ethos and principles used for Personal Training into our Boot Camps to get you the results you deserve.

Our clients are surrounded with like-minded, motivated people who ALL want to achieve results. This does not mean that all our clients are necessarily ‘hardcore’ fitness professionals, but they are all intent on achieving their own personal targets and making a real difference to themselves. Our boot camps are uniquely developed to receive clients of all levels of fitness, shapes, sizes, age and gender. No matter what your goal we can help you achieve it!

Our Boot Camps provide real results for people just like you. We know what it takes for you to lose serious weight and we apply the same methods when Personal Training as we apply to our Boot Camps. You will have access to everything you need to achieve serious weight loss and an increase in fitness levels and muscle tone.

To achieve the best results we recommend that you adhere to our programme for a minimum of 12 weeks. Each session over the 12 week period is planned and structured to the tiniest detail. Nothing is made up on the night of the Boot Camps themselves, and no workout is repeated over the 12 week period. This ensures that our clients progress, develop and attain the best possible results, and work on many different elements of your fitness including function, strength and endurance. Our Boot Camps monitor and assess clients on a monthly basis to ensure the ultimate optimisation of our programme within each individual.
