A 10 week programme designed for absolute beginners to get into running.

Gradually build up your fitness over the 10 weeks with this NHS supported plan.

ESCAPE-pain

A 6 week NHS rehabilitation programme for people with chronic hip and/or knee pain .

Integrates an exercise regimen with educational self-management and coping strategies.

Consists of twice-weekly sessions costing £25 for the course.

The above sessions and bespoke classes are also available for delivery at designated locations which can be made private or public.

Healthiness already delivers a wide variety of private classes to various community care homes, supported living services and residential settings across Liverpool.
