Healthiness is a non-profit health and exercise provider established in 2011. Our mission is to increase physical activity and reduce social isolation of older people and people experiencing physical and mental health issues in the Liverpool and Darlington communities through delivering health messages and offering exercise and health education classes across the city. We are a social enterprise company funded by various different partners to provide services throughout the community.
We offer a wide variety of exercise classes, which cover all ability levels from beginner to expert: chair-based exercise (including chair fitness, chair aerobics, active bingo and boccia), specialist 50+ community fitness (including boxercise, circuit training, dancing, toning, and stretching), ESCAPE-pain for people with arthritis, walking and 50+ Summer bootcamp.

Founder of Healthiness, Sue has provided exercise and community clinical health programmes for over 25 years. Sue Manages and delivers classes in the the Darlington branch.

Jenny is a qualified ESCAPE Pain Instructor with ten years experience teaching in the health and fitness industry and is a part of our exercise delivery team.
